Terms of service

This terms of service agreement ("agreement") is entered into between KRISPT. ("company," "we," "us," or "our") and you ("user," "you," or "your") regarding the use of KRIPST., the website and its services ("service", "website").

By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

1. Use of service
   1. Eligibility: By using the service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. User content

   2. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this agreement shall be resolved exclusively through arbitration administered by Dutch Court in accordance with its rules.
9. Modifications to terms
   1. We reserve the right to modify or update this agreement at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the revised agreement on the service. Your continued use of the service after the effective date of the revised agreement constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
10. Miscellaneous
    1. Agreement: This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of the service and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements and understandings, whether oral or written.
    2. Severability: If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions of this agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
